POSSIBILITY Nothing that is really essential is impossible for you!
ACCOUNTABILITY Hiding your mistakes or weakness limits your progress.
RESPONSIBILITY It is our responsibility to look out for each other.
ADAPTABILITY We never have to remain subject to what others do.
INVINCIBILITY Our bodies are not invincible to many dangers,

but we can choose never to let our spirits be crushed!
